Registered Psychologist

Alina Muhammad is a registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra), offering psychological services to individuals across all age groups—including children, adolescents, and adults. She is experienced in conducting comprehensive assessments and diagnoses for a wide range of psychological and developmental concerns.


Alina’s areas of expertise include anxiety disorders, depression, and autism spectrum disorders (ASD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), behavioural issues, mood disorders, grief and loss, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. She works collaboratively with clients to develop and implement tailored treatment plans, drawing from
evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and psychoeducation.

She is deeply committed to providing a compassionate, empathic, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment, while strictly adhering to the ethical and professional standards of psychological practice. Alina values a client-centred approach, empowering individuals through respectful collaboration and care.

With a strong interest in working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, Alina is passionate about creating inclusive therapeutic spaces. She can speak English, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, and Pashto, which enables her to support clients in their preferred language and strengthen cultural understanding within therapy.
