Dr Rodrigo is a general paediatrician trained in Sri Lanka and Australia. - Your Medicare card, a list of any medications you currently take, and your referral letter if you have one. If you are transferring from another practice, we can request your records for you — there is a records transfer form on this site. Children need their own Medicare details, which may be on a parent card.
- Can I get blood tests done at the Truganina clinic?
- Yes. Pathology collection is on site at 341C Forsyth Road in collaboration with Australian Clinical Labs, so you do not need a second trip after your GP appointment. Bulk billing is available for pathology referred by our doctors.
- Which allied health services are available in the same building?
- Physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, psychology, dietetics, osteopathy, exercise physiology and positive behaviour support all operate from 341C Forsyth Road, alongside the general practice. That means a GP referral and the therapy appointment are at the same address.
- Does the Truganina clinic offer same day appointments?
- Same day GP appointments are available and can be booked online through HotDoc or by calling reception on (03) 9958 6699. Same day availability depends on the day — if nothing is showing online, phone reception, as not all appointment types are released online.
