Our clinic offers convenient on-site pathology collection services in partnership with Australian Clinical Labs. This means you can have your blood tests and other pathology collections done immediately after your GP appointment.
No need to travel to a separate pathology centre – simply walk from your consultation room to our pathology collection area and get your tests done on the spot.

Collection is at Reliance Care Medical Centre, 341C Forsyth Road, Truganina. We are a short drive from Tarneit, Point Cook and Wyndham Vale, with on-site parking and collection available every day the clinic is open.

Common questions about pathology
Do I need an appointment for a blood test?
No appointment is needed for pathology collection. Walk in with your request form during clinic hours and our collectors will take your samples.
Can I come for pathology if I saw a doctor somewhere else?
Yes. Bring the pathology request form from whichever doctor ordered your tests. It does not need to have come from a GP at Reliance Care.
How long do I need to fast before a fasting blood test?
Fast for 10 to 12 hours before your collection. You may drink water during that time. Your doctor will tell you if your particular test requires fasting.
Where do I go for pathology if I live in Tarneit?
Collection is at 341C Forsyth Road, Truganina, a short drive from Tarneit. There is on-site parking, and collection runs during clinic hours seven days a week.
When will my results be ready?
Most results reach your doctor within 24 to 48 hours. Your GP will contact you to discuss them, or you can book a follow-up appointment.
