GROUP ACTIVITIES

Reliance Care has a suite of group programs on offer with options targeted to a variety of interests and new activities being added regularly. Our programs are run on a aged group basis ranging from 5-8 years of age, 9-12 years of age and 13-16 years of age working with experienced clinicians and Support Workers in centre or community-based activities.

OUR GROUP ACTIVITIES OFFER OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE BELOW OUTCOMES:

Reliance Care and Support provide Allied Health care services and support to participants, while working alongside participants in a holistic approach to assist in reaching their goals.
