Reliance Care Medical Centre was established to serve the growing Truganina and Wyndham community with comprehensive, accessible healthcare. We understand that finding a trusted medical home — one that truly knows you and your family — is essential for long-term health and wellbeing.
Our clinic brings together experienced General Practitioners, a visiting specialist paediatrician, and a full allied health team. This means you can access the care you need without travelling across Melbourne or waiting months for appointments.
We are committed to bulk billing for standard GP consultations because we believe cost should never be a barrier to healthcare. Our multilingual team speaks over 10 languages, reflecting the diverse community we serve.

Our core values
One building, one record
GP, allied health, pathology and NDIS support all operate from 341C Forsyth Road. Your GP sees the pathology result and the therapist report without you chasing either.
Accessibility
Standard GP consultations are bulk billed for eligible Medicare card holders, with no weekend or public holiday surcharge. Some services are privately billed — the fee schedule is published in full.
Language
Between them our practitioners speak Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Telugu, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Pashto, Arabic, Cantonese and Mandarin. Tell reception your preferred language when you book.
Continuity of Care
We would rather you saw the same GP each visit, so reception will try to book you back with whoever you saw last. That does mean a specific doctor is sometimes booked further ahead than the next available appointment.
