Senior Psychologist
Sukrita is a Senior Psychologist, and Program Supervisor at Reliance medical care Truganina. She has worked in the healthcare industry for over 8 years now. Her approach to work is to empower those around her, be it’s her clients or team members. She values to foster a supportive and collaborative environment at workplace as well as in therapy settings. Sukrita is a Registered Psychologist with AHPRA, a Certified Behaviour Analyst with ABAA, and a Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner with NDIS. She has worked as an ABA therapist, community support facilitator in New Zealand. While working in New Zealand and Australia, she has specialised in supporting children with neurodevelopmental diagnoses that include, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD. She has experience working in early intervention, conducting functional behaviour assessments, psychological assessments, mental health interventions, and behaviour support interventions. What Sukrita loves most about her work is the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities and their supporting families. She prides in taking a person centered and innovative approach when supporting her clients. Sukrita is enthusiastic, optimistic, and supportive; and these qualities she strives to bring to every interaction with clients, stakeholders, and her team.
