Paediatrician
Dr Rodrigo is a general paediatrician trained in Sri Lanka and Australia. She has extensive experience working in Sri Lanka, New Zealand and Australia in areas such as general paediatrics, neonatal care, paediatric emergency medicine and community paediatrics with behavioural issues and growth & developmental issues.
Her special interests cover assessment, long-term management, and coordination of care of autism spectrum disorders andattention deficit hyperactivity disorders. She believes that the paediatrician’s role is to help parents, families, and educators to create a nurturing environment focused on maximizing the developmental potential and emotional well-being of the child. She is a good listener with clear communication abilities.
