Cancellation Policy

We request at least 4-Hour Notice, if you need to cancel your appointment.

Please understand that your booked appointment holds up a scheduled space on our appointment book, making it unavailable for other patients in need. Kindly inform us as soon as possible to support and help other patients in need.

Cancellation Fees

• Any Cancellation made less than 4 hours will result in a Cancellation Fee of $20.00.
• Any No Shows or Missed appointments without informing us will result in a fee of $20.00.
